At Partner-Yab, our commitment is to conduct a thoughtful, honest, and personalized search for potential matches based on your preferences, personality, relationship goals, assessments, and other relevant compatibility factors.

We do not guarantee that a suitable partner will be found within a specific period of time, nor do we guarantee a relationship, engagement, or marriage. Our commitment is to search genuinely and carefully for suitable potential matches. We prioritize compatibility and suitability over the number or speed of introductions.

If we do not identify a potential match that we reasonably believe meets our compatibility criteria for you, we will not make an introduction simply to fulfill a quota. We believe a thoughtful introduction is more valuable than a fast one.

Membership and Immediate Access

Your Partner-Yab membership begins immediately after your payment is successfully completed.

Upon enrollment, you may receive immediate access to our educational resources, including guidance on dating, communication, relationships, preparing for a first date, and building meaningful connections.

Our team may also begin reviewing your profile, preferences, assessments, relationship goals, and compatibility information to begin your personalized matchmaking process.

Membership Term and Introductions

Your initial Partner-Yab membership term is 12 months.

During this period, our team will search for potential matches based on your profile, preferences, compatibility factors, assessments, and the availability of suitable members.

If fewer than three qualifying introductions have been made during your initial 12-month membership period, your matchmaking service will continue at no additional membership fee until up to three qualifying introductions have been made.

There is no guaranteed timeframe for introductions. We intentionally prioritize compatibility and suitability over speed, and we will not introduce someone whom we do not reasonably consider to be a suitable potential match simply for the purpose of making an introduction.

An introduction does not guarantee mutual interest, a date, a relationship, engagement, or marriage. Each member remains entirely free to decide whether they wish to communicate with or meet an introduced person.

Refund Policy

Because your membership begins immediately after successful payment, educational resources may become available to you, and personalized matchmaking work may begin following enrollment, membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We encourage you to carefully review the membership details and ask any questions you may have before completing your purchase.

Our goal is to support you throughout your matchmaking journey through thoughtful searching, educational resources, guidance, and carefully considered introductions.
